If you like Chinese cuisine, visit this restaurant. Guests don't like chicken biryani at Chef Nation. Food delivery is a big plus of this place. A lot of people think that the staff is cute at this place. Service at this spot is something one can call cool. When you enter this place, you feel the homey atmosphere. But this restaurant hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

Good Food @ affordable price, open till very late night, huge relief for night shift or late night food lovers, great place to hang around and grab a bit. Yesterday around 7:30 PM(12.12.2025), I ordered Prawn Fried Rice from Chef Nation(Newtown Road, DG block Newtown Action Area1, Newtown Kolkata,chakpachuria,West Bengal 700107). The delivery reached me half an hour after the given delivery time. Even after the delay, when I took 2–3 bites, I found a strand of HAIR in the food, and towards the end I also found a small piece of PLASTIC. I have attached the photos below as evidence. The price was ₹249, but after discounts I got it for ₹205/-. However, the prawn quantity was extremely poor for the price. The rice and vegetables were all undercooked and hard. Everything else could still be tolerated, but finding plastic in the food was unacceptable. At the very least, proper care should have been taken during cooking or packing to avoid this. I understand that hair can sometimes fall into food during cooking, but finding a piece of plastic is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend anyone living in or around Newtown to order food from Chef Nation. Overall, it was a horrible experience. Please share this and be aware before ordering from #ChefNation.
