Chef Kapoor's is an absolute gem! We ordered the Dal Makhni, Chicken Curry, and Garlic Naan — and every bite was pure bliss. The Dal Makhni was creamy, rich, and slow-cooked to perfection. The Chicken Curry had a beautiful balance of spice and flavor, with tender pieces that melted in the mouth. And the Garlic Naan?
