Hi Mahendra, thanks for letting us know. This is clearly a delivery issue as despite clear instructions the pizza box was tilted during the delivery. Moreover, the time taken for this delivery was more than expected probably because of the rainfall, hence you received items which were not as hot as it should be. We’ve noted your concerns and raised them with the concerned department.
