I waited here for 20 minutes and eventually left. Nobody came to take my order. When I approached the counter to inquire about self-service, the staff member informed me that some employees were absent today. He suggested I take a seat, assuring me that he would come to take my order. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Was riding on Old Jewergi Road looking for a place to have a snack. I passed Venkatagiri Garden and Venkatagiri Restaurant No way! Not Venkatagiri! Not even if my life depended upon it! All Venkatagiri Restaurants are just some traditional Idly-Sambaar places with Tacky decor / Old saggy sofas / Dim lights / and Uncouth waiters Venkatagiri Restaurants are like those Idly-Sambaar Tiffin Rooms that you find opposite Nampally Station in Hyderabad! Yew! As I rode past those Venkatagiri Restaurants I spotted this sign 'Cheetazo Pizza' Hmm. . Where did I see this before?! Wait! Wasn't this an offer by KFC sometime ago? "Why have Pizza when you can have Cheeza"? Well I decided to check it out! And I went in! The place was empty and I was its lone customer Hmm. . Nice decor! Nice Interior too! Comfortable sofas with low broad tables! Wood paneling on walls! Wall hangings too! And Indoor creepers also! Nice. . I told myself! Some 10 minutes passed by but no one came to take my order! After some 15 minutes a guy in yellow overalls came to me and put the menu on my table and went away! Some 10 minutes passed by! Seeing that that guy wouldn't return I went to the billing counter and ordered for chicken nuggets! Some 15 minutes passed by! Finally another guy in yellow overalls brought my order / placed it on table / and left Eating the salty nuggets I felt thirsty! But seeing no one around I again went to billing counter and asked for water! The guy in yellow overalls brought a glass of water- just one pathetic glass of water- and left I wanted some tissues! So I again went to the billing counter and asked for tissues! The counter guy put a whole packet of tissues before me!! All that running around to the billing counter made me lose my appetite! I left my chicken nuggets half eaten / put three Rs 100/- notes on table / and left the place It was 8:30 PM! I had spent a whole hour in that miserable place for god's sake!! So here's my take on Cheezato Pizza Old Jewergi Road Food- Okie-dokie! Nothing to write home about! 1-Star Ambience- Good decor / Good furnishing / 5-Star Service- Most godawful service you can think off / 0-Star - Cheezato Pizza has just passable food & the most godawful service in the whole world! You won't wonder what time is it after coming out You'll wonder what year it is Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 3
