Customer Care of Cheeziano pizza is very very poor. This instance is of March, In store the printing machine was not working due to which instead of veg they delivered Non veg pizza They are not using any Veg or nog Veg tapes which differs the orders. Cheesiano executive Mr. Srikanth (Salunkhe Vihar Pune) called me after an hour stating that we wrongly delivered Non veg pizza. When I ask them to connect me with some senior official they denied to connect me with him and said he will call you back, than I asked him to refund my money till date I am following up on refund no updates from there end. I will recommend not to order cheesiano pizza as they do not hear customer voice or feedback and the customer service is not reachable there is not option to reach the store. This big mistake which loose the trust with Cheesiano and it also spoil their image Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹600–800
