It had been a while since I had last ordered from here. this used to be one of my favourite places ever for cheesecake and their overload biscoff brownies were to die for. but this time I was very unpleasantly surprised. the brownie no longer has a piece of biscoff biscuit on top but hey atleast the flavour is still good. the triple chocolate hazelnut cookie doesn't have white chocolate anymore and there's BARELY any hazelnut when previously there used to be a little piece in each bite. lastly, the san sebastian cheese-- where is the smooth cheesecake I once loved? the cheesecake was grainy, the flavour was kind of there but the texture threw me off. I did not expect to be this disappointed but I really am. I don't mind slightly hiked up prices if the quality goes up as well because how my experience was today, I will not be ordering again for a while. oh and I miss the pure chocolate cheesecake which has not been available for a while I don't know why
