We had an extremely bad experience at coffee culture phoneix kurla. we placed order at 10 p.m and they served us food at 10.50 p.m where they told us it will take 15 - 20 mins we were like ok.They serverd food to other tables where people who came after us. At 10.50 the dish ordered was rice n gravy but that tasted bad n gravy was uncooked. We didnt eat as well. The hospitality was unacceptable. I did mention I'll put a Google review then they served us. They said we won't charge for the dish and did so. No doubt that coffee culture serves good food and we have been there before but this time it was totally bad. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¹200400
