The bar has a great vibe and all the staff members are friendly and professional. However, the DJ really brings the experience down—he comes off as overly arrogant and his behavior is quite rude. It would be a much better place if the DJ's attitude matched the rest of the excellent team. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Good ambience for couples and it's too crowded and the waiter and the bartenders are not that good...they often acted that they don't listen to your order.. from my POV bar's music is good but the song selection is not like cheering..dance floor is a bit small too..but the dishes are very nice... especially I loved the chilli momos. If you are feeling not good than you can go there and hang up with friends.. don't forget to rate my review Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

They don't trut customer. I feel I am fraud as per they are behaviour...very worst experience in my life in cheers cross Roads... Management and bar principal pls look into this and pls train crew members. I'm not your new customer but today I feel very bad ..Cross Roads is one of the best bar in Ganeshguri location.
