The restaurant only provides the drink and food, not the service. They don’t serve or cover the food properly. They also add a 10% service charge without informing customers, which is deceptive. If it’s optional, they should clearly state it upfront. This lack of transparency is unfair and should not be allowed. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Thank you Mr Singh for your valuable feedback. Kindly elaborate regarding the service of the restaurant or please free to call on 09718999702 for any complaints. As per government rule service charge needs to mentioned on menues which is clearly mentioned on all restaurant menue .Also name is changed to staff contribution for transparency of the customer which is also mentioned on the bill. After checking the bill customer can easily ask to withdraw the charge.Even if payment is done and after that he wants to withdraw restaurant will give back the money in the same mode of payment is done

One of my favorite healthy spots for a delicious quick meal. I had ordered Paneer Butter Masala and Matar Mushroom Masala from them.such a wonderful experience with Cheers Resto Bar….
