Ordered 2 thin crust pizza through Zomato..both pizzas were burnt and when I shared photos with cheeliza, person on call simply said it's thin crust it will be like that only and denied exchange or even full refund. Worst ever experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

This review is for delivery not dine-in..we had ordered pizza from Cheelizza Naupada outlet through Zomato..First of all it took more than an hour to deliver the order..Secondly, this restaurant changed 3 delivery partners..each time we called a new delivery partner and all of them said that they are not assigned with our order..We called the restaurant but the number given on zomato app and google was switched off..there was no other option left but to wait for our order.. Finally the order arrived after waiting of almost 1 hr 20 minutes..My whole family was waiting for the food including senior citizen members..the whole mood got spoiled and the occasion was ruined because of the pathetic service..Further, even waiting for so long the food quality was not worth it..the paneer was very hard in one of the pizzas and the cheese garlic bread was not cheesy at all..worst experience ever.. Please never order from this restaurant
