At this restaurant, you will be served Vegetarian cuisine. The truth is that you will really enjoy nicely cooked paneer, onion naan and roti. Come here and try good coffee.

One Star Experience at Chawla's Veg Restaurant - A Comedy of Errors! To kick things off, we were a group of five, left waiting for almost 30 minutes. When we finally got our seats, it became clear that the staff had zero interest in the number of people they were supposed to serve. Less cutlery than diners? Check. Attention to detail? Absolutely nonexistent. The staff was so busy, you'd think they were running the entire city's food supply, not just a restaurant. When we finally managed to place our order amidst the chaos, the experience turned from bad to worse. Not only did they mess up our order (chur chur naan became aloo naan, apparently in their dictionary, these are synonyms), but they also forgot the soup entirely. As for the drinks, they served us three cold drinks instead of two, and the lime soda was an absolute disaster. The sweet lime soda was so sugary it could give you diabetes on the spot, while the salty lime soda tasted like someone accidentally dropped a whole jar of sugar in it. I'm sure the lemon in the drink was confused as to why it was being mixed with syrup instead of soda. Even a child could whip up a better lime soda than what they served us. To top it all off, the ambiance was nothing to write home about—dreary and dull, just like the service. If you're looking for a place where everything goes wrong, Chawla's Veg Restaurant is the place to be. But if you're hoping for a decent meal, look elsewhere.
