Usually pretty banging but today they were either having a bad day or changed the recipe for chole cause it was just an overdose of salt and garam masala

Salt was on higher side. Chole were average in taste. Bhature were fresh and fluffy. The salad was sent in a container with cracked base. So the juice got leaked.
