1 Star Review. Doyal Hari Chatpata Restaurant – Extremely Disappointing Experience I’ve visited this place several times, but the experience keeps getting worse. The waiting line is always too long, and the staff members behave very rudely — no sense of customer service at all. The food quality is extremely poor and seems far from fresh. Chicken and fish items are completely tasteless and often smell bad — definitely not safe to eat. Once, I even found a cockroach in my biryani and chilli chicken, which was shocking and unhygienic. The so-called saffron KCR egg rolls and cutlets are also below standard, and the staff constantly misbehave with customers. Overall, this restaurant is not worth visiting — unhygienic, unprofessional, and unsafe for health. Strict action should be taken by the food safety authorities. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
