The drink lod was not properly closed. All of it spilled before we received it and the bag was soaked.

We didn't get our parcel because of delivery boy, he delivered our parcel to somewhere else n when I asked regarding my parcel he sent me one picture n on call he said that your call was not connecting at that moment so, I kept it over there. This is not the way to deliver the paid parcel. It's disgusting n worst experience since I ever faced. If you'll not take any action regarding this then I'll complain to fssai .... If some insect or any animal can touch that parcel then that is very harmful for us, rest you can see through that picture.
