Chat House in Keating Road, Shillong is almost a landmark. This iconic takeaway is definitely more than 60 years old. That's what the current generation running the place says. Perhaps it is older than that. This small takeaway serves the best and lightest egg rolls in Shillong. Even their Kabab rolls are quite a hit.
