I had ordered food for takeaway....inspite of answering the call and informing that I will be late for picking the order by 30 mins the staff cancelled the order with no intimation whatsoever and on the top of it behaved very rudely when asked why the order was cancelled. Didn't even have the decency to apologize for their mistake and ask for a reorder ..... totally unprofessional!!! I don't understand what the staff did with the prepared food . And how a prepared food order fan he cancelled? Doesn't matter how tasty and good the food is ,customer service and satisfaction matters . This incident happened at Caranzalem outlet Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
