I visited chariot beach resort with my office team for an event, the food and beverages team, especially chef Karthikeyan, mani and hari were wonderful and made us feel at home. Some facilities like the swimming pool, room amenities,banquet audio and lobby comfort needs improvement at the earliest. Also valet parking can be implemented and buggy service need to be increased atleast for peak days. But the property would truly gets 5star rating if all the above things were improved.
