Today, my friends and I visited Charcoal Restaurant to try their Mandhi. We ordered a full Mandhi and a quarter, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations After a long wait of about 35 minutes, the food arrived with only a small portion of rice. We had to repeatedly request more rice from the server, and each time it took a long time to be brought to the table. Basic essentials like water and glasses were not provided until we asked multiple times, which was quite disappointing. The quality of the food was also underwhelming. The rice lacked flavor, and the chicken was stiff and not tender as expected. While the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, the service was very poor and needs serious improvement. Overall, the dining experience was not satisfactory. Charcoal Restaurant has potential, but better service and improved food quality are essential. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I had a Jamaican beef mandi, but the food was just average. The rice was of low quality, and the beef was a bit hard. However, the service and ambiance were very nice. Karthik bro handled everything well. Parking is limited. I also ordered a mint lime, but it was really bad—wouldn’t recommend it.
