A number of guests find the staff energetic. The professional service is something these restaurateurs care about. Most clients are faithful to this restaurant because of the spectacular ambiance. But The Surya- 4 Star Luxury Airport Hotel is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Had a two-day stay here on business. The stay was quite comfortable and hassle free. The hotel is located on the highway (NH544) near Angamaly so the access is easy. It is also nearer to the Cochin International Airport. It seems to be an old but popular hotel going by its ambience and crowd. The rooms are good, neat, and clean, but a bit old-fashioned. The toilet door in my room wasn't locking from the inside. TV was there but couldn't find any subscription. Had breakfast (Complimentary) here, which had a decent spread and good taste. The bar seems to be popular because a lot of trendy crowd was there in the evenings. Didn't use room service or other amenities, so couldn't comment on them. Ample parking space available. Service: 5
