we had ordered lunch at charcoal eats.
Being the regular customer, expected few guests at the office had to ordered Biryani from Mazgaon outlet
I tried connecting to the outlet, a girl answered the call, later kept on hold n disconnected. this happened for 2 times.
it took 2.5 hours to prepared the food nd delivey.
this happaned for the 2nd time.
if such things are repeated i guess you will keep on losing your customers.
Nd you will also have to improve on your customer service nd work on training the staff.
please take care of it.
