1905 Prince's TriumphalArch Clock Tower is worth visiting after tasty meals at this restaurant. Charcoal Eats offers you great dishes of Afghan and Indian cuisines. Try perfectly cooked chicken rolls, crispy fries and Bbq chicken pizza. Many people note that you can eat good strawberry soufflés, strawberry ice cream and chocolate mousse here. Delicious margaritas or good beer are the best drinks of this place. It's nice to try great fresh juices, ice tea or grape juice.
This spot is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. This restaurant provides food at fair prices. The cute decor and lovely ambiance let guests feel relaxed here. But google users haven't given Charcoal Eats a high rating.

Absolute pathetic service. Ordered a biryani from swiggy and the food delivered was extremely spicy and inedible. On calling customer service for the inedible order the coordinator just kept me waiting for 1.5 hrs. And after 1.5 hrs after receiving multiple calls regarding replacement of the same biryani and then with another type of biryani to no replacement possible for any order and getting away with the issue by putting the blame on me that the biryani is the way it is. Never order from this outlet absolute rubbish for relying on them. Today as well 2nd Feb2024, "they forgot to deliver the order". Made online payment and after more than hour I called them for an update on the order and I get their clueless response stating they didn't have a deliver agent but the food is ready. As a solution I get told to wait for some more time and will be delivered. The lunch time has passed by and they still expect me to wait another hour for the order. Extremely Undisciplined way to run a business after taking customers order they do not even deliver, that too cooked food stating they forgot about the order. Speaking of refund I would recieve that in a week and not even quickly right after cancelling the order. Bad Experience again

We had some amazing biryanis and rolls from Charcoal Eats We tried their dum baked aloo biryani,paneer tikka masala roll,Mughlai Malai Paneer Roll,Gulab Jamun,Choclate Mousse and Raita Food, quantity, packing everything was amazing. Do try them as they are available in almost all parts of mumbai

Follow me for more on Instagram @alimentary_empire Recently I received charcoals eats Packages I received, Dum baked Aloo and baby corn biryani Dumb baked Awadhi veg biryani Two starters TWO Raita 2 phirni Two chocolate paan Also I have received three sisters cranberry beer with 0% alcohol in it The Biriyani was so yummy and tasty it has a Aloo and Devika on the net and it was very good to taste I really like the taste of biryani the dam baked Awadhi veg Biriyani was also very tasty and the presentation was very beautiful also it was sealed packed The starters were so yummy crispy and fried in less oil Also the writer was too good and I like the taste of phirni the chocolate pen where is all covered in a chocolate and the paan was also too yummy
