Dining at charcoal cave restaurant was an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that this restaurant valued chaos over quality. The service was abysmal. Our server seemed either completely overwhelmed or utterly indifferent, barely acknowledging our presence and vanishing for long stretches. Orders were taken with a look of disdain, and when the food finally arrived-after an eternity-it was cold, incorrect, and shockingly unappetizing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
