This stay was total disappointing. Services of the hotel is too poor. The buffet breakfast was very bad both the same menu with a very untrained staff. Will never recommend any body

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Charan Plaza, Lucknow. The service was extremely poor — the staff appeared completely untrained and disinterested in basic customer service. Simple requests were ignored or mishandled, and there was a clear lack of coordination and professionalism. To make matters worse, the food served was not only substandard but also stale. It lacked freshness, taste, and hygiene — completely unacceptable by any standard. It’s clear that quality control is not a priority here. Overall, the entire experience felt like a complete letdown.
