This cafeteria provides you with nice food and a place to rest after a long walk around Museum of Anatomy & Pathology. Nicely cooked chicken is served at CHARAKA CANTEEN. Check out great ginger tea or good masala chai.
The success of this place would be impossible without the cool staff. Fast service is something clients agree upon here. Low prices are what you are to pay for your meal. The atmosphere is spectacular, as people find it. The average rating of this spot on Google is 4.

Not recommended. The staff and their manager behaved unprofessionally with students and non-students. The food quality, quantity and especially hygiene was not good at all. The men had to share a papad because their multiple requests for extra items got ignored by the chapris serving the women. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian options: At your risk. Dietary restrictions: Restrict eating anything from here to avoid health ccomplications due to an anything-goes kinda food served here. Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Parking is unavailable Parking: This is a hostel canteen located in the buiding of the hostel block. Bikes you can manage but cars you can forget. Kid-friendliness: Safe for kids who've never seen good food in their life and have no idea what it tastes like. Wheelchair accessibility: Partly as it's on the ground floor so all it takes is for the wheelchair to be lifted into the resto.

The service at Charaka canteen was unacceptable. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. They frequently made mistakes in calculations and publicly shamed customers for alleged unpaid balances. This treatment was both insulting and demeaning.
