I would strongly suggest not wasting your money on House of Chapora for a party — whether it’s a weekday or weekend. The place is a complete letdown. The music is far from impressive, and they don’t seem to have proper government licensing for late-night music. Around midnight, the music gets stopped for an hour because the police come by for routine patrolling. They also claim the crowd picks up by 2 AM — but when I looked around, I was the only one dancing on the floor. Just me. No offence, but that’s the reality. And let’s not even talk about the alcohol prices — they’re sky-high, enough to make you feel like you’re drinking in heaven.
