Hi Seema, This is Naveen from Panjim. I visited your property, House of Chapora, today after booking through BookMyShow and entered around 11:20 PM. After taking a round of the property, I ordered two beers at the bar from your bartender, Mr. Waseem. I requested that one beer be served immediately and the other be kept in the fridge for later. However, I was surprised by the way Mr. Waseem responded—his tone and approach were quite argumentative and not what one would expect in the hospitality industry. I calmly offered him some feedback, reminding him of the importance of polite and professional behavior in hospitality. Despite this, I found the interaction uncomfortable and decided to leave the premises within 10 minutes. At the time, there were only about 7–10 guests present. I hope you take this as constructive feedback. I truly believe in the potential of your property and recommend training your team to better understand and implement courteous guest interaction. Looking forward to visiting again under better circumstances.
