Chang's in Vimanagar offers a pleasant dining experience with both lower and upper seating. My order of the Chilly Garlic Hakka Noodles with Chicken arrived promptly within 10 minutes, which was impressive given the relaxed atmosphere. The dish itself was quite tasty, boasting a generous amount of tender chicken pieces. The portion size is certainly ample – easily satisfying one person with a large appetite or shareable between two with moderate hunger.
