Dear Antony, sorry to hear about your experience, we are taking this up with Zomato as the rider didn't even have a insulated bag, I have been told he took it in a bag pack, maybe in transit it moved around a lot. Again sorry for this. I would appreciate if you can share a picture of the leaked food so that we can forward it to Zomato. Gunprit Singh
