This restaurant offers its guests to degust Afghan and Indian cuisines. The truth is that you will really enjoy nicely cooked tandoori roti, chicken roti and tandoori chicken. Changezi Chicken provides food delivery for the convenience of its customers. The cool staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. People mention that the service is fast here. From the visitors' viewpoint, prices are good. You will appreciate the modern decor and comfortable atmosphere of this place. As for the Google rating, this spot achieved 4.1.

### Honest Review for *Changezi Chicken – Rajouri Garden* We visited this restaurant after checking its good Google rating and Justdial certificate, but unfortunately, the real experience was completely opposite. As soon as we entered, we noticed that most of the waiters were sitting on guest seats, chatting loudly among themselves and using their phones. Even after customers arrived, they remained seated instead of standing up to attend anyone. We literally had to wave to get their attention. The staff seemed careless, and even the person at the reception appeared unaware of what his team was doing, being busy with his own work. The hospitality and service were far below expectations. We had to call multiple times for every small thing. Menu prices were extremely high compared to the quality, and although GST was mentioned as applicable, the final bill didn’t seem transparent. We ordered their famous *Chicken Changezi* with lacha paratha and khameeri roti. The taste was completely flat — no flavour or salt, just oily and bland. The onion served was stale, and parathas were half-cooked. What made it worse was finding a strand of hair in the chicken gravy. When we informed the waiter, he simply said “oh okay” and walked away. For takeaway, they packed our food in a thin **plastic pouch stapled with a pin**, which is unsafe because such pins can easily mix into the food. The gravy leaked through the bag and ruined our shopping items. Do not be misled by their photos or hanging certificates. This is the actual experience, and it wasn’t just us — we noticed other guests facing similar service issues. I genuinely wonder how this restaurant still holds a 4-star Justdial rating. Overall, a very disappointing experience — **not recommended at all** for anyone expecting proper food quality, hygiene, or hospitality.
