Visited Chandrettante Chaayakkada after hearing all the buzz on social media—and the food definitely lived up to the hype! The puzhukku and fish curry combo was absolutely delicious and felt like true homemade Kerala comfort food. They also offer a wild variety of fried fish, all perfectly seasoned and fried—each one better than the last! That said, the waitering service was quite poor, mainly because the place was overcrowded. The number of staff and tables is clearly not enough to handle the massive crowd flocking in every day. I had to wait quite a while for a seat, and the service was slow once seated. They really need to expand and hire more staff to match the current demand. On the bright side, there's a decent parking plot, which was a relief. Overall: Come here for the food—it’s worth it. Just be patient, and maybe avoid peak hours if you can.
