Worst ever service staff -Mr Sandarv-bad behaviour and lazy attitude in work.. Without veryfing the records ,he was demanding double payment of room charges and threatening. He was also telling blatant lie that payment not received and until the payment made we would not be allowed to checkout...Such counter staff is blackmark to the management ..Horrible experience and the management should not feel good to deploy such counter staff in front line .. I request the management,to go through the CCTV camera recording from 7.45 am to 8.15 am(dated 28.11.2025,approx) to witness the behaviour of the staff -Mr Sandarv. Highlight is one of the staff Mr Prakash was trying to push me forcibly which can be seen in the CCTV camera....

Room was very small with inadequate basic facilities and supplies. Staff was not cooperative as well. Wasn’t good for the cost they charged.
