Absolutely unacceptable! The place lacked cleanliness, the bakery items and most stuff were stale, and the overall experience was terrible. There were legit flies over my food and all around the area starting from the lobby. The porch was filthy, littered with plastic waste. I’m genuinely shocked that a hotel like JW Marriott is being maintained in such a poor state!

Cake taste was horrible. I have been ordering a similar cake from Marriott on wheels …. And I expected a similar taste. Cake was dry and not good quality
