Food of Chanakya restaurant has always been tasty and quality excellent. I had called restaurant to give my suggestions about food preparation so they had my number. They called me back once food was ready but Zomato delivery partner had not reached and asked me to connect to Zomato for pickup. I called that guy, he said he has one more order to deliver and I was the next one. He took 30 min to each restaurant and further only 5-7 min to deliver food as hotel is near to my place. Meanwhile I tried contacting Zomato, there was no response just IVR messages. This is second time consecutively I faced this issue and feel Zomato has lost it and they no more care about customer as they feel customer emotions worth few points to be redeemed. Cold food chewy rotis is just because Zomato is inefficient in delivering orders on time.
