Old Champaran Meat House is a must-visit spot in Patna for anyone who loves authentic flavors and traditional cooking. I had the pleasure of trying their Handi Chicken and Handi Mutton, and both were exceptional. The meat was tender, juicy, and infused with the rich, smoky flavors of slow-cooking in clay pots. The spices were perfectly balanced, giving each bite a burst of authentic Champaran taste. The surprise highlight, however, was the Litti Chicken. The combination of the rustic litti and flavorful chicken was simply mouthwatering and added a unique twist to the meal. The ambiance is simple, focusing more on the food than the frills, but the taste and quality make up for everything. If you’re in Patna and craving a hearty, flavorful meal, Old Champaran Meat House should definitely be on your list!
