I have been visiting this place for more than 2 years. Recently, I noticed a big drop in quality and service. Here are my observations: Food taste keeps changing because staff and chefs change often. Portion size and quality have reduced. Service is slow, and staff are not trained in hospitality. We have to remind them many times for basic things. Hygiene and cleanliness are not maintained properly. Management doesn’t seem to check online or offline feedback. This place had good potential before, but now it really needs improvement in food, service, and hygiene.
