As a lot of guests remark, coffee is really good. The only thing that disappoints when you visit Chaiwala Babu is the rude staff. A number of reviewers find that the service is nice. The atmosphere of this place is peaceful. But this place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

Food quality pathetic. Service- No service. Atmosphere - Felt suffocated.. people smoke and it's hell for the non-smokers. Guy at the reception counter needs hospitality classes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Kid-friendliness: Not at all. They will feel suffocated from the cigarette smoke
