It’s a sad state that the service, quality has been degrading. Back when it was a small cart things were better. The Spcl. Masala Tea which they say is best seller is debacle , no proper fan or airconditioning to comfort on this summer days. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited this Cafe and unfortunately, my experience was totally unsatisfactory. Initially, I was intrigued by their approach of calling out to customers on the way, enticing them to try their food. However, this turned out to be misleading. After placing my order, I was left waiting with no updates or communication from the staff. It was frustrating to not receive any response, especially when I noticed that they didn’t even provide a menu for customers to browse while waiting. This lack of transparency is quite disappointing. I decided to order a simple Maggie, but I was shocked by the price they charged. It felt excessively overpriced for what I received for a single maggie cost Rs129 + Additional 15 Rs extra for packaging charge. The quality of the food was subpar, leaving much to be desired. When the bill arrived, I was taken aback by the high amount, which certainly did not reflect the quality of service or food I experienced. Overall, my visit to Chaipho 21 cafe was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend it based on this experience. There are plenty of other places that offer better service and value for money. Ordered the Chicken Ramen Bowl from Swiggy. Honestly, I loved the presentation! They sent the broth separately so that the noodles won't get soggy and the quantity of the food was good. If you're someone who can't handle spice but enjoy ramen, this is a really good place to order from. They did send a chilli sauce packet along with it and it really did enhance the flavour. The chicken was well cooked and the omelette was so soft. Really enjoyed the food! Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4
