Loved the vibe of the cafe! The cozy atmosphere made it the perfect spot to relax and chill. The tea and coffee both were excellent, and the chicken sandwich was delicious. A Promising Spot That Falls Short on Flavor Situated conveniently on the main road leading to Gopabandhu Square, this café immediately caught my attention with its bustling crowd and inviting exterior. The lively footfall hinted at something worth trying, and curiosity got the better of me. Stepping inside, I was welcomed by a pleasant ambiance—spacious, neatly maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. It’s the kind of place where you’d expect to enjoy a quiet coffee or a quick bite in comfort. The service, too, was courteous and prompt, which added a positive start to the experience. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the setting. I ordered a vegetable sandwich, which turned out to be a disappointing medley of stir-fried onions, a few stray capsicum strips, sweet corn, and an overwhelming amount of mayonnaise. The flavors were muted, bland, and lacked any real character or seasoning. It felt more like a poorly improvised home snack than something from a café menu. The cold coffee, sadly, wasn’t any better. Thin, watery, and lacking depth, it tasted like an uneven mix of water, coffee powder, sugar, and a dash of milk—nowhere near the creamy, rich texture one would expect. Other than being cold and vaguely coffee-like, it didn’t offer much satisfaction. The total bill came to ₹168, which didn’t feel outrageous considering the decent environment and decent service—but certainly not value for money when it comes to taste.
