Had a wonderful experience at Chailok. The atmosphere is beautiful and very calming, perfect for relaxing with friends or family. The service is excellent—staff are polite, attentive, and quick to respond. The food is absolutely amazing, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. Overall, a great place with great vibes. Today I visited Chai Lok Restaurant, and I feel the owner really needs to pay attention to the behavior of the staff. The staff made me feel very uncomfortable, especially for girls . Because of their behavior, I did not feel good at all during my visit. At the time of payment, some staff members were laughing and looking at me, which was very upsetting and confusing. I felt extremely bad, and sadly, this is the second time I have experienced this kind of behavior here. This is a personal request to the owner please train your staff in basic manners, respect, and professional behavior so that customers feel safe and comfortable. I like this place but Thank you. If you want to spoil your mood you must visit this place. Only good things the cafe will offer is the interior and ambience. In my experience I got one of poorest service I have ever had at any cafe. Asked for water too many time before during and after order. I got everything except water, and waiter arrogantly replied me sir maine suna hi nahi. I was like pura order ek bar m sun liya bas water nahi. Once order is delivered at your table no one will ask you for any assistance during your meal. I think the cafe shoold follow the system of self-service. I am never going to visit again at this place. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
