I had the worst experience with Chaigram Canteen not once but twice. The first time, we ordered two special chicken biryanis with four chicken pieces and two eggs each. When we opened the boxes at home, there were no eggs, and one chicken piece was missing. We had to go back to the canteen without even having our dinner to get the missing items, and they casually brushed it off as a "mistake."Thinking it was a one-time issue, we ordered again today through Zomato—three mutton rolls and two chicken bhartas. What we received was an absolute disaster. The packaging was pathetic, all the gravy spilled out into the packet, completely soaking the rolls, which tasted disgusting. When we asked for compensation, they shamelessly denied any responsibility.This place is a disgrace. Their food is terrible, their service is worse, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Chaigram Canteen at all costs. It's not worth your money or your time.
