I visited Chai Sutta Bar on the way to Kasauli and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the ambiance is pleasant with ample seating options, including outdoor, indoor, and upstairs sections, the exorbitant prices were a major disappointment. The menu seemed identical to other Chai Sutta Bar outlets, but the costs were significantly higher. The saving grace was the free parking and convenient restroom facilities inside the mall. Despite the comfortable seating, the steep prices overshadowed the overall experience, earning it a 2-star rating.
