I’ve been a regular at this tea place for quite some time, and it used to be my go-to spot for a great cup of tea paired with a pleasant experience. The cozy atmosphere, efficient service, and warm staff made it stand out. However, ever since the management change, things have gone downhill. The service has become painfully slow, turning what used to be a quick tea break into a frustrating wait. They’ve introduced a digital ordering system that sounds convenient in theory but is poorly implemented. Having to register and place an order online just for a cup of tea feels unnecessary and cumbersome, especially when the system often glitches. What’s more disappointing is the shift in staff behavior. The friendly, welcoming vibe has been replaced with indifferent, sometimes even rude interactions. It feels like the charm of the place has been lost in the name of “upgrades” that don’t really add value. I genuinely hope the management takes feedback seriously and brings back the warmth, efficiency, and simplicity that made this place special in the first place. Chai Sutta Ghar is overpriced for the taste it offers. The flavors don’t justify the high prices, and the overall experience feels underwhelming.
