Review for Chai Kaapi, Mandsaur — (1/5) Wish I could give 0 or negative Had an extremely disappointing experience Yesterday at Chai Kaapi in Mandsaur. I was served chai with a fly in it — yes, an actual fly. Instead of acknowledging the issue or apologizing, the staff had the audacity to blame me for it! They claimed the fly must have fallen in after making the tea and during the serving of the tea and basically told me it's my fault. No apology, no replacement, no courtesy. Just pure arrogance and zero customer service. If this is how they handle hygiene and feedback, I shudder to think what goes on behind the counter. Worst service, absolutely no etiquette — a big NO-NO. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being blamed for their mistakes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
