I used to like their stuff a lot and I have always ordered a lot from them online, but yesterday I visited their cafe and found out something horrible. The flasks they use to deliver your tea at home, the mouth of the flasks are blown by mouth of their staff to increase size which is disgusting. They literally touch their mouth to the mouth of the flask. Basically you are drinking tea which has been touched by mouth of an unknown person. On confronting their staff, one of them told me - “ aur koi chaara nai hai sir, boss ne yahi bola hai” . I don’t know about the cleanliness of their food but think twice before ordering their tea from zomato or swiggy. I am never ordering or going to this cafe again. If you come to Manoramaganj and do not come to “Chai Thikana” then why not? Almost every snack from sandwich to Maggi is available. Good seating arrangement and excellent cleanliness, food items and deliciousness are excellent, college lovers come here but people of all ages are also regular customers, some like us also like tea made by wife. Come hungry for the taste, Hara Bhara Kebab, Paneer Roll and Sabudana Khichdi are also available. The behavior of owner Pushpendra and the civilized courtesy of the staff makes the service of “Chai Thikana” even better. Parcel facility is available, no polythene is used, all products are natural and eco-friendly. I will find you drinking tea at “Chai Thikana” every day. Vegetarian options: Sandwich,burger,Frenchfries,hara bhara kebab Dietary restrictions: Less sugar,green tea every flavours.
