I ordered a coffee for dine-in and waited for about 20 minutes. When I went to ask about the order, the staff member told me he had forgotten and didn’t even seem aware of it. There was no apology or explanation. It was disappointing, especially because I was just waiting the whole time. Better attention to orders and customer service would really help improve the experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have visited Chai Sutta Bar multiple times, but every time the chai I got was really disappointing. The taste was not good at all, and this has happened not just once but two or three times. Also, whenever I ask for a specific flavour, they never have it. They simply say, “This is all we have right now,” which is very frustrating. On top of that, the staff’s behaviour is quite rude, which makes the overall experience even worse. Definitely not worth recommending. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
