It might be nice to try great tea. Guests don't highly appreciate sandwiches at this cafe. From the visitors' viewpoint, the staff is inattentive here. Most people suppose that the service is good. When you enter this place, you feel the quiet atmosphere. But Chai Sutta Bar, Nabha is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

It's been second time I visited chai sutta bar nabha and again disappointed. They served burned wrap at the the name of so called paneer wrap . Guys so must seriously work on your customer service or you are just sitting to spoil the moods of others only . Why ?????? .No one serious for presentation. Nothing about food quality . Bnao , paise layo and customer de mathee maro . That's it. Absolute no vibe to the place, they got space but didn't utilise it enough, no tissues on tables, I was seriously blown out that how does this place still go on. Bro they have a sign saying extra time 1hour=500rs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200

I had a very disappointing and unsafe experience at Chai Sutta Bar Nabha. Their service is extremely poor, food quality is bad, and presentation is also not up to the mark. I had ordered coffee for takeaway, but they didn’t pack it properly. Because of their careless packaging, the hot coffee spilled and my hand got burnt badly. Instead of giving immediate help, they told me to go outside and use the outside water supply, which was extremely hot due to the weather. The aged uncle sitting at the counter was very unprofessional – when I asked for ice or cold water, he rudely said “nobody uses water when you get burnt.” This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unsafe for customers.
