I recently visited Chai Sutta Bar at Chakkar Chowk in Muzaffarpur and I must say it was a delightful experience. The place has a great ambiance with a rustic yet modern vibe, perfect for spending some quality time with friends and family. The staff at Chai Sutta Bar was very friendly and attentive. They made sure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The service was quick and efficient, which is always a plus point. The highlight of the place was the outdoor seating area. It was beautifully decorated with fairy lights and had a cozy vibe to it. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a cup of chai with friends. They also have an indoor seating area for those who prefer a more air-conditioned environment. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Chai Sutta Bar. The ambiance, food, and service were all top-notch. I would highly recommend this place to all the chai lovers out there. Chai sutta BarNaam Bare Darshan choteHorrible experience so far with such concept business went to Hookah Bar, Chai sutta and experience was awesome till date.But oh god , it's horrible to visit such place, I request this brand to don't give franchisee of any franchisee not maintain SOP or Standards of your brand.My sincere request to everyone, never ever visit this place for tea or coffee or any snacks, they are just disaster . Money & time wastage at this so called Chai sutta Bar, MuzaffarpurI asked for ginger tea & Garlic cheese bread but what they served is totally disgusting & wastage of money & time.Cold tea & grilled sandwich they served, when I asked owner he said we are having franchisee so we run like this only.Bach ke rahna re baba, road side tea stalls are 1000 times better than this place.

I'm really sorry sir But this is not possible for us to serve cold tea as we make it fresh and it's a self service counter so maybe you would have took the tea late so it would have become cold and the Sandwich we serve are all grilled that is only the concept and there's the flavour of your choice which we served you Sorry if you didn't like the taste My sincere apologies but it would have been better if you would have informed us then and there It is not possible that any of the owners would have spoken to you in that way as customer service and satisfaction is our first priority So give us an opportunity to serve you for one more time and then put reviews instead of doing it in the first service.
