Disappointing Experience I recently visited Chai Sutta Bar, expecting a friendly and welcoming environment, but I was deeply disappointed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. My friends and I were insulted for no reason, which completely ruined our experience. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a place that promotes itself as a chill and casual hangout spot. Additionally, it feels like many of the positive reviews about this place are likely paid or fake because my experience was far from what those reviews claim. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to others unless they make drastic changes.
