Customer satisfaction is their first priority, slight delay in the orders due to number of customers but the wait is worthy if we talk about taste. You will find one jitu bhaiya there who is the mast guy, he explained everything about how he has started and what are the formalities from chai sutta bar. I am the eye witness of one incident there, one small girl was taking out her order of two cold coffees but unfortunately she slipped. They replaced her order without any questions.
