I recently visited Chai Sutta Bar and was very disappointed with the behavior of the manager. Without any clear reason, the manager asked me to leave the cafe abruptly. There was no explanation or justification given, which felt rude and unprofessional. I was simply there to enjoy my time, but being told to leave without cause made the whole experience unpleasant. I expected better customer service and respect from the staff. Such behavior discourages me from returning and also affects the reputation of the cafe negatively. I hope the management works on improving their approach toward customers so that no one else has to face this kind of treatment.

Very bad service. We went with my family and instead of eating pizza your service person packed pizza and when I said please ..give it to us to eat. They ignored, gave me a packaged pizza...it was very irritating. That was an unhealthy attitude ..please get someone educated ..that they know how to talk to someone and how to serve you to their best. First and worst experience with Chai Suta Bar
