Sir you called and asked us to serve it as soon as possible but we take time at least 10 mins to make and pack the order. Then too we tried to serve it as soon as we can. and also we serve in use and throw paper glases with double lead and with silver foil bag and above that we pack it with zomato tapes to ensure there is no leakage and temperature should be maintained, I can assure the quality packaging is excellent by our end, but if the issue is something else and if delivery partner is not on time it does not mean that restaurant is responsible for late order. But giving the bad reviews does not justify our services. THANK YOU!!
